1. Investigator Grant Specialist
Location: India
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investigator payments using CTMS, Veeva, and Grant Plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate site budget templates and quarterly site payments.
- Track subject visit data, prepare payment reports, and escalate payment issues.
- Support Project Managers with accurate investigator payments as per contracts.
- Develop investigator grants and apply Fair Market Value concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 1–3 years of CRO or pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
- Experience with investigator payment processes, CTMS, and Veeva.
2. Proposal Budget and Contracts Associate
Location: India
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality proposals, budgets, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Project Managers.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain records in Salesforce and SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Life Sciences or allied professions.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and client-facing experience.
3. Proposal Budget and Contracts Specialist I
Location: India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic proposal writing for RFPs and RFIs.
- Mentor junior proposal writers and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Deliver accurate, impactful, client-focused proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Business, or Communications.
- 3–7 years of proposal development experience (CRO/pharma preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and regulatory knowledge.
