As a Senior Associate at EVERSANA, you will:

- Work on sales force effectiveness projects including field force sizing, targeting, call planning, and incentive compensation.
- Provide IC analytics and reporting support to clients.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and build Tableau dashboards.
- Analyze pharma commercial datasets (claims, prescriptions, CRM, sales activity).
- Collaborate with onshore teams and clients for project delivery.
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and process maps to ensure best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior team members for future responsibilities.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Life Sciences) or B.Tech/M.Tech (Engineering).
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation analytics, and dashboard reporting.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with life sciences clients preferred.
