Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator I, your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Data Management Study Lead in the development of eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications, and Study Specific Procedures.
- Reviewing clinical and third-party data based on edit specifications and data review plans.
- Issuing clear, accurate, and concise queries to investigational sites.
- Communicating effectively with peers, clinical data scientists, and functional management.
- Performing project-related activities to ensure study timelines are met (e.g., filing and archiving study documentation, dispatching queries to investigator sites).
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
- Basic knowledge of clinical data management within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Familiarity with data management software (Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards (ICH-GCP) is a plus.
