Job Responsibilities
Production (OSD) – Granulation (Officer/Sr. Officer)
- Operate and monitor granulation processes in oral solid dosage (OSD) production.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and cGMP standards.
- Maintain equipment and documentation for batch records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
Quality Control – Finished Goods (Officer/Sr. Officer)
- Conduct quality testing and analysis of finished pharmaceutical products.
- Perform stability studies and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Document test results and report deviations promptly.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance checks.
Warehouse – PM/RM Dispensing (Officer/Executive)
- Manage raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) dispensing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Follow safety and cGMP guidelines during material handling.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams.
Production (Ointment) – Tube Filling/Packing (Officer/Sr. Officer/Operator)
- Oversee tube filling and packing processes for ointment production.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and process efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Assist in packaging and labeling operations.
Qualifications
- Production (OSD & Ointment): B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 1-6 years of experience.
- Quality Control: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 1-7 years of experience.
- Warehouse: Any graduate with 1-6 years of experience.
- Operator (Ointment): 12th/ITI with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, USFDA regulations, and pharmaceutical processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
