Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will:
- Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports as per process.
- Perform follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious adverse event cases.
- Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing.
- Handle ICSR submissions and follow-ups in the safety database as per global regulations.
- Solve routine problems using established guidelines and procedures.
- Work as an individual contributor with focused deliverables.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualifications Required
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
- Strong knowledge of MedDRA coding, case processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
