Job Responsibilities
Each role at Covalent Laboratories comes with unique responsibilities tailored to drive excellence in pharmaceutical operations:
- Human Resources (Administration): Oversee employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, and administrative operations to foster a positive workplace.

- Solvent Recovery System: Operate and maintain solvent recovery processes to ensure efficient and environmentally responsible production.
- Reverse Osmosis (Water Plant): Manage water purification systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Instrumentation: Maintain and calibrate electrical instrumentation systems to support seamless production operations.
- Quality Control (Method Validation, HPLC, GC, Instrumentation): Conduct analytical testing, validate methods, and ensure product quality using HPLC and GC techniques.
- Production: Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Electrical Purchase: Manage procurement of electrical components, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing for operational needs.
Qualifications and Experience
We’re seeking dedicated candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Human Resources (Administration): B.Sc / MBA, 4–6 years of experience in HR or administration roles.
- Welfare Officer: MHRM / MSW, 2–4 years of experience in employee welfare or labor compliance.
- Solvent Recovery System: B.Sc / M.Sc, 0–4 years of experience in chemical or solvent recovery processes.
- Reverse Osmosis (Water Plant): ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical), 0–4 years of experience in water treatment systems.
- Instrumentation: ITI / B.Tech (Electrical), 0–5 years of experience in instrumentation or electrical systems.
- Quality Control: M.Sc / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy, 3–6 years of experience in method validation, HPLC, or GC.
- Production: B.Sc / M.Sc, 0–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Electrical Purchase: B.Tech, 0–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
