Key Responsibilities
- Engineering (Instrumentation): Maintain and calibrate instrumentation systems, ensure compliance with GMP standards, troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Engineering (Utilities & Maintenance): Oversee utility systems, perform preventive maintenance, ensure operational efficiency of pharmaceutical equipment.
- Quality Control (HPLC/GC): Conduct analytical testing using HPLC/GC, ensure product quality, maintain lab documentation per regulatory standards.
- SHE (Safety/ETP): Implement safety protocols, manage effluent treatment processes, ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- TSD: Support technical operations, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering (Instrumentation): B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation, 5-14 years of experience.
- Engineering (Utilities & Maintenance): B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in relevant fields, 3-16 years of experience.
- Quality Control (HPLC/GC): M.Sc/B.Pharmacy, 3-7 years of experience in HPLC/GC analysis.
- SHE (Safety/ETP): B.Sc/Diploma, 3-5 years of experience in safety or effluent treatment.
- TSD: B.Tech (Chemical), 9-12 years of experience in technical services.
- Note: Male candidates preferred due to rotational shift requirements.
