🔑 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Support at IQVIA, you will:
- Manage site and user imports and updates.
- Coordinate the shipment of PIN envelopes to system users.
- Distribute study-specific user guides per Site and User Support Requests (SUSR).
- Provide administrative support to Team Lead and Global Project Support Manager.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
- Create and manage Cenduit Sites and Users templates for new studies.
- Train clients on sites and user processes.
- Perform post-reviews on data change requests.
- Collaborate with development teams for text ID mappings.
- Report updates to stakeholders on study-related activities.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or technical diploma.
- Experience: 1–2 years in clinical research, administrative assistance, or project management.
- Prior customer service/customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Exposure to tools like Dictionary Trackers and Dictionary Diff desirable.
