Available Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Quality Control Analysts (Tablet Formulation)

  • Experience: 4–6 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct HPLC/GC analysis using software like Chromeleon/Empower.
    • Apply Good Chromatographic Practices.
    • Troubleshoot HPLC/GC instruments.
  • Qualifications: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry or related fields.

2. Production Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive (Tablet Formulation)

  • Experience: 1–5 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and oral liquid manufacturing.
    • Operate machines like Killian Sesong, Cadmach, FRD, FRE, and RMG.
    • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm.

3. Packing Officer/Sr. Officer

  • Experience: 1–4 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee tablet packing on high-speed blister packaging lines with cartonator.
    • Manage Track and Trace systems, shift coordination, and batch reconciliation.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm.

4. Associate/Technician/Operator (Packing/Production)

  • Experience: 5–6 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operate granulation, compression, coating, blister packing, cartonator, or oral liquid machines.
    • Ensure efficient production and packing processes.
  • Qualifications: DME/DEE/D.Pharm.

5. Quality Assurance (QA) Roles

  • QA-QMS (7–9 years experience):
    • Handle change controls, deviations, CAPA, SOP preparation, and quality risk management.
    • Conduct training and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • QA-IPQA (2–5 years experience):
    • Perform line clearance, sampling, in-process checks, batch record review, and swab sampling.
  • IPQA Section Head (10–15 years experience):
    • Lead IPQA team, manage batch release, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
