📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate II at SDC, your core responsibilities include:
- Reviewing clinical data, vendor data, lab data, and SAE/AE reports.
- Performing data entry, query management, and reconciliation activities.
- Tracking and maintaining audit-ready clinical study documentation in Trial Master Files (TMF).
- Collaborating with QC/QA teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Performing third-party and SAE reconciliation as assigned.
- Ensuring adherence to SDC’s quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting study conduct activities within budgeted timelines.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management.
Skills Required:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Desired: Knowledge of medical terminology, EDC systems, relational databases, and clinical trial processes.
