Key Responsibilities
As an Associate in Quality Assurance at Pfizer Vizag, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards in pharmaceutical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Warehouse Activities: Provide quality oversight for dispensing, sampling, material management, and adherence to cGMP standards.
- Material Review and Release: Review and release incoming materials, in-process reports (P1, P2, P3), and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Inspection Readiness: Maintain inspection readiness, support regulatory and customer inspections, and enhance quality assurance systems.
- Compliance and Documentation: Review logbooks and electronic logs, ensure adherence to quality and material management procedures, and handle SAP-based material restrictions.
- Batch and Product Management: Make usage decisions (acceptance/rejection) for materials, ensure expiry date compliance, and approve warehouse equipment and temperature excursion reports.
- Quality Control: Conduct warehouse walkthroughs, inspect material damages, and ensure timely closure of AMPS exceptions.

Qualifications

- Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant field.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of material handling, storage, issuance, sampling, dispensing, batch release processes, good warehousing practices, and good laboratory practices.
