- Contribute 80% of your time to programming deliverables using SAS, R, or Python.
- Develop and validate datasets and TFLs aligned with CDISC and Pfizer Data Standards.
- Explore, execute, and optimize existing code bases while suggesting improvements.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into robust programming solutions.
- Document deliverables with guidance from senior programmers.
- Regularly update leads on progress and time estimates.
- Support departmental goals and global/local initiatives for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, IT, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of SAS, R, Python (desirable).
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of clinical data, drug development process, and CDISC standards.
