Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – Analyst/Reviewer
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, finished products, in-process, and stability samples using instruments like HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus, GC, IR, and AAS.
- Manage documentation related to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Review analytical worksheets for in-process and finished products.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Staff
- Handle In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), QMS, qualification & validation, lab QA, vendor management, and batch release.
- Review GMP documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Production – Staff/Operator
- Operate and troubleshoot compression, granulation, and coating machines, including capsule filling.
- Maintain accurate documentation for production processes.
Packing – Staff/Operator
- Manage blister packing, liquid manufacturing, and packing operations.
- Troubleshoot packing machinery and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Engineering – Staff/Operator
- Maintain and troubleshoot OSD plant machinery (compression, granulation, coating, and packing).
- Handle instrumentation, electrical, fitter, RFM, or HVAC systems in a regulatory-approved environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Quality Control:
- Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc.
- Experience: 2-12 years in QC analysis and QMS documentation.
- Quality Assurance:
- Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-8 years in IPQA, QMS, validation, or batch release.
- Production:
- Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/ITI/D.Pharm.
- Experience: 1-6 years in operating compression/granulation/coating machines.
- Packing:
- Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc./ITI/D.Pharm.
- Experience: 1-6 years in blister packing or liquid manufacturing.
- Engineering:
- Qualifications: B.E. (Instrumentation) for staff; ITI/Diploma (Electrical/Fitter/RFM/Instrumentation/HVAC) for operators.
- Experience: 4-10 years (staff), 2-6 years (operators) in OSD plant maintenance.
Note: Candidates must have experience in OSD manufacturing plants and exposure to regulatory audits in regulatory-approved plants.
