Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance professional at Masuu Global Solutions, you will:
- Conduct precise external audits to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Travel 50-60% for domestic and international audits.
- Ensure adherence to sterile GMP requirements (cGMP, USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO).
- Prepare and review Master Batch Records (MBR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Oversee critical operations like compounding, filling, lyophilization, and packaging while maintaining cleanroom discipline.
- Draft and review SOPs, protocols, and reports for sterile manufacturing.
- Participate in equipment, utilities, cleaning, and sterilization validation.
- Perform line clearance and monitor aseptic practices during production.
- Manage deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
- Review environmental monitoring, water system monitoring, and microbiological trending data.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits with comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or M.Sc. in Microbiology or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 6–8 years in Quality Assurance for injectable manufacturing in sterile GMP environments.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (50-60% domestic and international).
