Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (Officer/Senior Officer/Executive)
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC and other instrumentation to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Maintain compliance with US-FDA and EU-GMP standards.
- Document test results and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Quality Assurance (Officer/Senior Officer/Executive)
- Implement and monitor QMS (Quality Management Systems) and IPQA activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.
Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) (Officer/Senior Officer)
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for tablets, capsules, and dry powders.
- Conduct product development trials and prepare technical documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to scale up formulations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Supply Chain Management – PPIC (Officer)
- Plan and monitor production and packaging activities to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for efficient supply chain operations.
- Generate reports on production activities and inventory management.
- Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Quality Control: B.Sc/M.Sc/M.Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in HPLC/instrumentation.
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 2-6 years of experience in QMS/IPQA/QA activities.
- FR&D: M.Pharm with 2-5 years of experience in product development/documentation.
- Supply Chain Management (PPIC): B.Tech/MBA/PGD in SCM with 1-4 years of experience in production planning and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards (OSD experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
