Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical information.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date responses to healthcare professionals and patients.

- Document interactions in the system with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D (Freshers 2024–2025 or earlier batches).
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Work Schedule: Comfortable with night shifts.
- Location: Noida or Ahmedabad.
- Prior exposure to customer service or healthcare BPO is an added advantage.
