Job Responsibilities
PLC & SCADA Executive / Sr. Executive
- Develop and maintain PLC programming using Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot SCADA systems for seamless process automation.
- Optimize automation processes to ensure operational efficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Siemens PLC programming solutions.
- Conduct regular system diagnostics and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
QA Validation (Sterile)
- Oversee validation processes for sterile pharmaceutical production.
- Develop and execute validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, WHO).
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain detailed documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain sterile manufacturing quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
PLC & SCADA Executive / Sr. Executive
- Experience: 4–7 years in PLC programming and SCADA development.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Siemens PLC and Allen Bradley programming.
- Proficiency in SCADA troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of automation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- OEM background is preferred.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
QA Validation (Sterile)
- Experience: 5–7 years in sterile pharmaceutical validation.
- Qualification: B.Pharma (mandatory).
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of sterile pharma validation processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and WHO regulations.
- Experience in documentation and audit preparation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
