Job Responsibilities
Fresher Engineers (B.Tech – Electrical/Electronics)

Compression Operators (ITI/Diploma)

- Ensure precise tablet weight, hardness, and quality during production runs.
- Conduct equipment setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
- Follow GMP and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant production environment.
Qualifications
- Fresher Engineers: B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics, 2025 batch passouts. Strong academic record and eagerness to learn.
- Fresher M. Pharmacy Candidate: M. Pharmacy, 2025 batch passout. Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and GMP preferred.
- Coating Operators: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field. 3-7 years of experience with auto coaters (Glatt preferred).
- Compression Operators: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field. 3-7 years of experience with compression machines (Korsch, Sejong, Legacy, GEA preferred).
