Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Support, you will:

- Manage site and user imports/updates for studies.
- Coordinate shipment of PIN envelopes to system users.
- Distribute study-specific user guides as per requests.
- Provide administrative support to Team Leads and Project Managers.
- Create and manage Site and User Support Requests (SUSR).
- Perform post-reviews on data change requests.
- Collaborate with development teams for text ID mapping.
- Maintain stakeholder reporting for text ID updates.
- Ensure compliance with IQVIA’s processes, policies, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, administrative support, or project management.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Exposure to tools like Dictionary Trackers and Dictionary Diff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
