Job Responsibilities
Depending on the role applied for, candidates will be responsible for:
- CRA II / Sr CRA I (Oncology, Mumbai)
- Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and protocol adherence.
- Managing patient safety, data integrity, and site-level communication.
- Clinical Trial Manager II (Mumbai)
- Leading Phase 1 clinical studies with end-to-end project oversight.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and global trial operations.
- Collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams.
- Site Contract Specialist II / Sr Specialist (Mumbai)
- Negotiating budgets and site agreements.
- Handling CDAs, SIFs, and site identification processes.
- Supporting site performance metrics and compliance.
- Sr Clinical Operations Specialist (Remote)
- Overseeing clinical trial operations and subject recruitment.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.
- Supporting trial documentation and operational systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
- 2–5+ years of relevant clinical research/operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (for monitoring and site visits).
