As a Contract Specialist at IQVIA, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting start-up contracting activities for sponsors, studies, and programs.
- Developing investigator grant estimates and proposal text.
- Maintaining contract and budget templates, tools, and systems.
- Collaborating with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to meet project timelines.
- Providing operational and financial contracting support for clinical trials.
- Assisting in the creation/review of scientific and administrative documents.
- Reporting contracting performance metrics and ensuring quality standards.
- Updating and maintaining internal systems (CTMS, databases, trackers).
🎓 Qualifications Required
To be eligible for the Contract Specialist position at IQVIA, you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory – any discipline such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, Business, or related fields).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract negotiation, legal support, or clinical trial contracting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of clinical trial regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and drug development process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
