Key Responsibilities
- Perform ICSR case processing with accuracy and compliance to regulatory guidelines.
- Handle pharmacovigilance mailboxes and ensure timely triage.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for case follow-up and safety data exchange.
- Adhere to global drug safety regulations and company SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance (ICSR case processing & mailbox handling).
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, MedDRA, WHO).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with 1-month notice period preferred.
