Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – HPLC
- Conduct High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing for veterinary drug quality assurance.
- Analyze raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Production Documentation
- Prepare and manage production-related documentation, including batch records and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to streamline processes.
Engineering (Maintenance) – Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime in the manufacturing process.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
Production – Chemist/Senior Chemist
- Operate and monitor production equipment for veterinary drug manufacturing.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-15 years in relevant pharmaceutical or veterinary drug roles.
- QC (HPLC): 2-5 years of experience in HPLC testing.
- Production Documentation: 3-5 years in documentation and GMP compliance.
- Engineering (Maintenance): 12-15 years in equipment maintenance.
- Production (Chemist/Sr. Chemist): 3-5 years in production operations.
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or relevant engineering degree.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in HPLC (for QC roles) or equipment maintenance (for engineering roles).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Location: Willingness to work at Siflon Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Unit-II, Atchutapuram, Andhra Pradesh.
