Aquity Solutions is seeking experienced Medical Coders specializing in Emergency Department (ED Facility) coding. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in medical coding, specifically in an emergency department setting, and must possess relevant certification.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately code medical records for the emergency department.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable coding guidelines and regulations.
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures to ensure accurate coding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, specifically in ED facility coding.
• Relevant certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC,COS,CIC,CCS,COC).
• Strong understanding of coding guidelines, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with healthcare providers and other team members.

Locations:

• Positions are available in multiple cities including Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad.
