Genpact is hiring for the position of Associate – Triage Data Surveillance Specialist (ANA018634) in Gurugram, India. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Evaluate discovery reports for all medical devices distributed by the client.
  • Generate Final Universal Code (FUC) and determine if investigations are required.
  • Perform tier determination to classify complaints.
  • Interact with end customers, indirect customers, technicians, and stakeholders.
  • Enter complaint details into ETQ database and ensure closure of cases.
  • Assess severity of incidents and decide corrective actions.
  • Review and support audit processes with complaint files.
  • Train employees on complaint handling and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical analysis for incoming service reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking ability.
  • Attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
  • Effective professional communication skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, medical devices, or technical support preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as repair service technician, SQE, inspector, or in technical support.
  • Ability to work under time pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and complaint management systems.
  • Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Japanese) are an advantage.
