Job Responsibilities
Officer / Senior Officer (Manufacturing & Packing)
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and packing activities for topical formulations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Manage production schedules, quality control, and team coordination.
- Support regulatory audits and maintain documentation for compliance.
- Lead man management initiatives to enhance team productivity.
Operator (Manufacturing, Filling & Packing)
- Operate and maintain machinery for topical formulation production.
- Perform CIP cleaning and ensure equipment meets GMP standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues during filling and packing.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
Officer / Senior Officer
- B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packing.
- Proven exposure to topical formulation processes.
- Experience with regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO) and man management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Operator
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in machine operation or pharmaceutical production.
- Familiarity with CIP cleaning, GMP compliance, and topical formulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
