Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (API)
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and UV techniques.
- Perform method validation for intermediates and finished products.
- Calibrate HPLC instruments and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Analyze sample purity, identifying known and unknown impurities.
- Support R&D for in-process and finished product sample analysis.
Quality Control (Microbiology)
- Execute microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Perform Microbial Limit Testing (MLT) and water sampling.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
Quality Control (General)
- Conduct wet analysis using IR, UV, and pH meters.
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Quality Control (API): 2–5 years of experience.
- Quality Control (Microbiology & General): 0–5 years (freshers welcome).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, GC-MS, UV, IR, and pH analysis (for API/General roles).
- Hands-on experience in microbiological testing, MLT, and environmental monitoring (for Microbiology roles).
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
