Job Responsibilities
Production Officer/Executive
- Oversee granulation, compression, and packing processes for OSD formulations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production schedules to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product integrity.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
FR&D Officer/Executive
- Develop and optimize formulations for solid oral dosage forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and scale-up activities.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability and efficacy.
AR&D Officer/Executive/Research Scientist
- Perform analytical method validation and method transfer for OSD formulations.
- Conduct stability studies, dissolution testing, and compendia evaluation.
- Qualify working standards and calibrate analytical instruments.
- Support quality control (QC) validation and method equivalency studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, USP).
Qualifications
- Education:
- Production: B.Pharm or M.Pharm with a focus on pharmaceutical technology.
- FR&D: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or related field.
- AR&D: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis or M.Sc. in General/Applied Chemistry.
- Experience: 3–6 years in OSD formulation for all roles.
- Key Skills:
- Production: Granulation, compression, packing, GMP compliance.
- FR&D: Formulation development, scale-up, regulatory documentation.
- AR&D: Analytical method validation, stability studies, dissolution testing, calibration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
