🔹 Job Responsibilities
As a Project Associate-I, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building a strong customer base through networking, cold calls, social media, and industry conferences.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing timely project updates.
- Assisting the clinical team with documentation, reporting, and project communication.
- Preparing research plans with CROs and pharmaceutical organizations.
- Conducting business calls, proposal preparation, and website research for new opportunities.
- Reviewing study files, managing Clinical Trial Supplies, and handling Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Acting as the central contact for project communications and documentation.
- Attending industry events to enhance clinical research visibility and networking.
🎓 Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A relevant educational background (Life Sciences/Pharma preferred).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and ICH guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients.
