Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – IPQA, your role will include:

- Performing machine and area clearance during dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
- Sampling of blends, finished products, reserve samples, stability, hold time, and other in-process samples.
- Conducting in-process checks, AQL, and ANSI sampling as per SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor.
- Verifying raw material dispensing and approving batch coding details.
- Reviewing executed batch records and releasing for the next processing stage.
- Preparing and reviewing CPV data trends.
- Managing deviations, change controls, and impact assessments of breakdown memos.
- Reviewing environmental monitoring, calibration records, and cleaning logs.
- Approving packaging artworks, shade cards, and proofs.
- Archiving executed documents (BMR, BPR, hold-time protocols).
- Monitoring environmental conditions of label control rooms.
- Preparing and updating SOPs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in IPQA, QA, or related pharmaceutical quality functions.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, sampling, and in-process checks.
