1. Regulatory Affairs (RA)

• Sr. Executive RA – Min 5 years experience
• Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs (Exports) – Min 7 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review regulatory submissions for domestic & international markets
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines
• Liaise with authorities for product approvals

Qualifications:

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm with relevant RA experience
• Strong knowledge of export regulatory requirements

2. Business Development (Domestic & Exports)

• AM/ Manager – Business Development (Exports) – 8-12 years
• Sr. Manager / AGM – Business Development (Domestic) – 12-18 years
• Business Development Executive – 2-4 years
• Business Development Associate / Apprentice – 0-1 year

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new markets for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products
• Manage client relations and strategic partnerships
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth

Qualifications:

• MBA / B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

3. PMT (Product Management Team)

• Assistant Manager – PMT – Min 7 years experience
• PMT Associate / Apprentice – 0-1 year (Nutrition or Dietitian background preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies
• Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for new product launches
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscape

Qualifications:

• Pharma/ Nutrition/ Dietetics background
• Strong analytical and marketing skills

4. IT Apprentice (BCA Fresher)

Responsibilities:

• Assist IT team with system support & troubleshooting
• Contribute to software and digital projects

Qualifications:

• BCA degree, freshers welcome
