Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (Solid Oral)
- Conduct analytical validation, routine analysis, and stability testing for finished goods and raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Operate and maintain HPLC systems for accurate testing.
Production (DPI-Injectable, Daman)
- Manage vial washing, autoclave, tunnel operations, and CRAB processes.
- Perform media fill and equipment qualification with in-process controls (IPC).
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in injectable production.
Production (Formulation, Sarigam)
- Handle compression and packing (primary and secondary) for oral solid dosage forms.
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
Stores (Solid Oral)
- Oversee receipt and receiving of raw materials and packing materials.
- Manage dispensing activities and inventory control.
Engineering Services
- Maintain and operate utility systems, HVAC, and water systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Ensure equipment functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Quality Control: MSc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in analytical validation, finished goods, raw material testing, stability studies, or GLP. Proficiency in HPLC is mandatory.
- Production (DPI-Injectable):
- Officer/Sr. Officer: B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 2-6 years in vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, CRAB, media fill, or equipment qualification.
- TA/Operator: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, or Any Graduate with similar experience.
- Production (Formulation): ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc with 2-8 years in compression or packing (primary/secondary).
- Stores: MSc, M.Com, B.Sc, B.Com, or Any Graduate with 2-6 years in receipt, receiving, or dispensing of materials.
- Engineering Services: ITI, Diploma, or Any Graduate with 2-6 years in utility, HVAC, or water system maintenance (pharma background required).
