Job Responsibilities
Production Department
- Blending: Execute formulation activities using equipment like Autoclaves, Blending Vessels, and CIP/SIP Skids to ensure high-quality vaccine production.
- Filling: Operate and maintain Vial Washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling, and Capping machines for efficient production lines.
- Packing & Labelling: Manage vial labelling, Track & Trace systems, and batch coding to meet regulatory standards.
Engineering Department
- Process Equipment: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on critical equipment like Vial Washing, Filling, Capping machines, Lyophilizers, and Jacketed Vessels.
- Instrumentation: Conduct calibration, troubleshoot BMS, PLC/SCADA systems, and execute preventive maintenance and AMC tasks.
Qualifications
- Production Department:
- M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Sc., Diploma, or ITI with relevant experience in biopharma production.
- Hands-on experience with formulation, filling, or packing processes is a plus.
- Engineering Department:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Expertise in process equipment maintenance, calibration, or PLC/SCADA systems.
