Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities
- Conduct precise HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and Dissolution testing to ensure product quality.
- Perform Microbiology Analysis, including MLT testing and EM testing, to meet regulatory standards.
- Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for laboratory systems.
- Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for efficient data management.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) to monitor manufacturing processes.
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee documentation processes, including batch records and SOPs.
- Perform Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Microbiology, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis).
- Experience: 1-4 years in pharmaceutical quality control or quality assurance.
- Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, and LIMS.
- Proficiency in Microbiology Analysis (MLT/EM testing) for QC roles.
- Knowledge of IPQA, QMS, AQA, and documentation for QA roles.
- Familiarity with CSV activities and GMP compliance.
