📌 Job Responsibilities
As an Associate, Regulatory Affairs at Colgate-Palmolive, you will:
- Develop and review accurate ingredient lists in collaboration with R&D, legal, and marketing teams.
- Support new product registrations, renewals, variations, and lifecycle management of the CP portfolio.
- Track and manage documentation, dossiers, and regulatory submissions for multiple product categories.
- Assist in artwork review and approval for labeling (INCI/INDI compliance).
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic, medical device, pharmaceutical, biocide, and consumer goods regulations.
- Monitor authority databases for updates, maintain regulatory intelligence, and prepare assessments.
- Manage SOP updates, regulatory archives, and electronic documentation systems.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development (pharma, medical devices, or FMCG).
- Knowledge of Asia-Pacific, Africa-Eurasian registration and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, eCTD software, DMS, regulatory portals, and Google Suite.
