Job Responsibilities
Engineering Manager (12-15 Years Experience)
- Oversee engineering operations for OSD formulation manufacturing.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
Executive (Project) – Engineering (5-7 Years Experience)
- Coordinate project execution for pharmaceutical production facilities.
- Ensure timely maintenance and upgrades of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
Officer (Mechanical) – Engineering (1-3 Years Experience)
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems in OSD production.
- Support equipment installation and validation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Trainee Officer – Engineering (Store) (Fresher)
- Assist in inventory management for engineering materials.
- Support store operations and documentation for OSD manufacturing.
- Learn and implement GMP standards in daily operations.
Senior Officer (Micro) – Quality Control (3-5 Years Experience)
- Conduct microbiological testing for OSD formulations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and report test results accurately.
Officer – Quality Control (1-3 Years Experience)
- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Support quality control processes for OSD manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate records per regulatory requirements.
Officer (Documentation) – Quality Assurance (1-3 Years Experience)
- Prepare and manage documentation for OSD production compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Support regulatory inspections and quality assurance processes.
Senior Officer – Production (3-5 Years Experience)
- Supervise OSD production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor production schedules and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Train and guide junior staff in manufacturing best practices.
Qualifications
- Engineering Manager: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience in OSD formulation.
- Executive (Project): B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience.
- Officer (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
- Trainee Officer (Store): Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Fresher).
- Senior Officer (Micro) – QC: M.Sc. in Microbiology with 3-5 years of experience.
- Officer – QC: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 1-3 years of experience.
- Officer (Documentation) – QA: B.Pharma/M.Pharma with 1-3 years of experience.
- Senior Officer – Production: B.Pharma/M.Pharma with 3-5 years of experience.
- Essential: Exposure to OSD formulation for all roles.
