Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Central Monitor, you will:

- Lead setup of study-specific tools, analyses, and centralized monitoring plans.
- Perform statistical data reviews to identify trends, risks, and outliers.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior team members.
- Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Generate centralized monitoring reports and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Represent the monitoring team in risk assessment discussions.
- Support review setup, reporting, and database updates.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in clinical research, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in clinical operations (data management, drug safety, biometrics, or project management).
- Minimum 3 years in central statistical monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and clinical data systems (EDC, IRT, CTMS).
- Advanced MS Office skills with ability to conduct descriptive statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA/Health Canada guidelines.
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
