Job Responsibilities
Quality Control – Officer / Senior Officer
- Conduct method validation for pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with US-FDA, UK-MHRA, and other global standards.
- Perform analytical testing and documentation for APIs and finished dosage forms.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality assurance processes.
Production (Manufacturing – Compression and Coating) – Officer
- Operate and monitor compression and coating machinery in the production of pharmaceutical tablets.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Conduct in-process checks to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Document production activities and report deviations promptly.
Production (Manufacturing – Granulation) – Supervisor
- Supervise granulation processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.
- Train and guide junior staff on granulation techniques and equipment handling.
Qualifications
- Quality Control – Officer / Senior Officer:
- B. Pharma, M. Pharma, or M.Sc. Chemistry.
- 1-5 years of experience in method validation or quality control in pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Production (Compression and Coating) – Officer:
- B. Pharma or M. Pharma.
- 1-5 years of experience in tablet compression and coating processes.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Production (Granulation) – Supervisor:
- 12th + ITI certification.
- 1-5 years of experience in granulation or pharmaceutical production supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
