🌟 Key Responsibilities

As a GoGlobal Data & AI Trainee, you will:

• Contribute to data science and AI-driven projects across Merck’s business sectors.
• Learn about Data Strategy, Governance, and Culture within a global organization.
• Support projects in manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in a 3–6 month rotation at Merck HQ in Germany.
• Build expertise as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Product Owner based on your career goals.
• Present findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

To apply for this program, you should have:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Matlab, Java, or C++.
• Prior exposure to Palantir Foundry or AWS (EC2, SageMaker, S3) (preferred).
• At least two AI-related internships and some international exposure (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems pragmatically.
