Responsibilities for Microbiology Executive
- Conduct microbial limit tests (MLT), sterility tests, and environmental monitoring to ensure product safety.
- Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Validate microbiology methods, including Growth Promotion Tests (GPT) and disinfectant efficacy testing.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Document test results and prepare reports for regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with production teams for environmental monitoring and water sampling.
Responsibilities for QC Executive
- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including USFDA and cGMP guidelines.
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing equipment.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support validation and qualification of QC processes and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry; B.Pharm or M.Pharm preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical microbiology or quality control; freshers with M.Sc Microbiology may apply.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, microbial testing, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC). Proficiency in method validation and OOS investigations.
