📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Analyst at Clario, you will:

- Manage and complete study workflows and events in compliance with GxP standards.
- Perform source document redaction, QC reviews, and translations.
- Create and manage customer user accounts within assigned studies.
- Conduct image, video, and document quality checks.
- Facilitate DICOM image link creation and manage redaction using specialized tools.
- Raise and track queries with study sites, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain study timelines.
- Assist in study closeout deliverables.
- Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) by identifying and redacting PII/PHI.
- Maintain professionalism, clear communication, and quality-driven output.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or related fields (preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with professionalism.
