🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Associate Trainee at IQVIA, you will:

  • Provide phone support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients for medical inquiries, adverse events (AEs), and product complaints.
  • Document AE/PC/MI in structured forms and share with the Safety team for further processing.
  • Receive and track calls, faxes, and emails related to medical safety and product quality.
  • Maintain clear team communication, reporting metrics, challenges, and successes to local management.
  • Support global regions including the US, EU, Canada, and India with 24/7 medical information assistance.
  • Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvements.
  • Build a collaborative team culture while adhering to IQVIA’s core values.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or allied fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Medical Information (MI) or Pharmacovigilance (PV).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of international/other Indian languages is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (rotational, 24/7 support model).
