Job Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate at Novumgen, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s legal operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, licenses, supply agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Managing contract templates, ensuring they are updated and aligned with industry standards.
- Applying expertise in corporate law to support Novumgen’s business objectives.
- Handling non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with precision and compliance.
- Leveraging knowledge of domestic and international commercial arbitration to resolve disputes (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Academic Background: BSc + LLB, B Pharm + LLB, B.Com + LLB, or BA + LLB from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate law practices and contract management.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing NDAs and commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with arbitration processes (domestic and international) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
