Roles and Responsibilities

As a Research Associate – Bio Analytical, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our bioanalytical processes. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting method development and method validation to ensure robust analytical processes.
  • Performing sample analysis with precision, adhering to strict SOPs and compliance standards.
  • Executing calibration of analytical instruments, including analytical balances, pH meters, and pipettes.
  • Implementing diverse extraction techniques such as Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE), Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE), and Protein Precipitation (PPT).
  • Maintaining GxP compliance (GDP, GCP, GLP) through high-quality documentation and laboratory practices.
  • Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment like centrifuges, multitude shakers, and LC/MS systems.
  • Conducting thorough data verification and cross-checking to meet regulatory standards.
  • Driving process improvement to enhance efficiency and analytical excellence.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, or Chemistry degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in bioanalytical research or related fields.
  • Proficiency in sample preparation techniques (SPE, LLE, PPT).
  • Hands-on experience with calibration and performance checks of laboratory instruments (analytical balances, ultra-balances, pH meters, pipettes).
  • Familiarity with operating equipment like centrifuges, multitude shakers, low-volume evaporators, and solid-phase extractors.
  • Basic understanding of LC/MS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
