Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Real World Evidence (RWE), you will:
- Provide programming and analysis support for RWE projects using claims, EMR, hospital, and observational study data.
- Develop and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures for exploratory investigations.
- Collaborate with project leads to develop programming specifications.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of RWE datasets and reports.
- Create meaningful visualizations and graphs for data presentation.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Share insights and updates in team and departmental meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computers, Statistics, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, or Economics.
- 3–5 years of RWE analysis experience in CRO or Pharma industry.
- Hands-on experience with EHR/claims databases such as Optum, Marketscan, or Flatiron.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of R, Python, and big data handling.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in advanced statistical methods.
- Ability to present RWE findings to cross-functional teams in a non-technical way.
- Experience with observational studies, pragmatic clinical trials, and chart reviews.
