- Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules
🎓 Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu preferred
- Empathetic, patient-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
