Job Responsibilities
Injectable Manufacturing, Packing, QMS, and Visual Inspection Roles
- Execute production processes in compliance with cGMP norms and laboratory safety standards.
- Perform quality management system (QMS) activities to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct visual inspections of injectable products to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and packing processes.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance.
Engineering (Instrumentation/Process Equipment Maintenance)
- Perform calibration and maintenance of process equipment and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards in all engineering activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Support QMS activities to uphold facility standards in a regulatory-approved environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance and calibration tasks.
Qualifications
For Manufacturing, Packing, QMS, and Visual Inspection Roles
- Education: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI.
- Experience: 1–6 years in a regulatory-approved pharmaceutical facility.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP norms and laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
For Engineering Roles
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field (Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 3–10 years in calibration, instrumentation, or process equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with cGMP standards and QMS activities.
- Proven experience in a regulatory-approved facility.
