Job Responsibilities
As a QA Executive at Gracure Pharmaceuticals, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Performing line clearance and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation and audits.
- Handling calibration of equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring quality control for various dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, and syrups.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues to ensure product safety and efficacy.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 6-8 years in pharmaceutical QA, with hands-on expertise in IPQA, line clearance, sampling, and QMS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields (B.Pharm, M.Sc., or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, and syrups.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration and GMP regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
