Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectables & OSD)
- Operate and monitor complex injectables batch manufacturing, leak test, skid operations, vial filling, and autoclave operations.
- Handle granulation, compression, and coating processes for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).
- Perform primary and secondary packing, including blister labeling and visual inspection.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain accurate batch records.
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct analytical testing using advanced instruments like HPLC, GC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, LC-MS/HRMS, Auto Titrator, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, and Zetasizer.
- Perform analysis of finished products, in-process samples, validation, and stability samples.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Oversee validation, qualification, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), and Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA).
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and documentation for compliance.
- Support LIMS operations and regulatory audits.
QC-Microbiology
- Perform media preparation, culture management, CSV, MLT, BET, sterility testing, and Vitek2 operations.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and QMS investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Warehouse
- Manage raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and dispensing processes.
- Maintain QMS records and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Engineering
- Handle plant maintenance, utility management, water systems, HVAC, EMS, BMS, instrumentation, and calibration.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment like FBD, RMG, blister packing machines, and compression machines.
Qualifications
- Production (Injectables & OSD): M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI with 1–7 years of experience in injectables or OSD manufacturing.
- Quality Control: M.Sc, B.Sc, M.Pharm, or B.Pharm with 1–7 years of experience in analytical testing and QMS.
- Quality Assurance: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc with 3–10 years of experience in QA processes.
- QC-Microbiology: M.Sc or B.Sc with 3–10 years of experience in microbiology testing.
- Warehouse: M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI with 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Engineering: BE, B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 2–7 years of experience.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, LIMS, and regulatory compliance. Experience with advanced analytical instruments is a plus.
