Job Responsibilities
Engineering Services (API & OSD) – Indore
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, plant equipment, and utilities.
- Perform calibration and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support plant maintenance and water system operations.
Quality Control (General OSD) – Daman, Indore, Sarigam
- Conduct testing for finished products, raw materials, stability, and packing materials.
- Perform analytical method validation (AMV), analytical method transfer (AMT), and microbiological testing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Production (DPI Injectable) – Daman
- Manage vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, and vial filling operations with cRAB.
- Execute media fill and equipment qualification with in-process controls (IPC).
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
Production (API) – Dahej, Sarigam
- Oversee API and intermediates manufacturing processes.
- Ensure standard yields and solvent recovery as per batch production records.
- Monitor equipment calibration and operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance (API) – Dahej, Sarigam
- Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA) and process validation.
- Manage QMS, qualification, and computer system validation (CSV).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, MHRA).
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering Services: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/ECE) or ITI/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) with 2-8 years of experience in HVAC, plant maintenance, calibration, or utility systems.
- Quality Control (OSD): M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 3-6 years of experience in finished products, raw materials, stability, AMV/AMT, GLP, or microbiology.
- Production (DPI Injectable):
- Officer/Sr. Officer: M.Pharm or B.Pharm with 2-6 years in vial washing, autoclave, tunnel, or vial filling.
- Technical Associate: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc/Any Graduate with 2-6 years in similar operations.
- Production (API): B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.E./B.Tech (Chemical), or Diploma (Chemical) with 2-7 years in API or intermediates manufacturing.
- Quality Assurance (API): M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 2-8 years in IPQA, QMS, qualification, or process validation.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, MHRA) is mandatory.
